hello, there! my name is natasha and i am an aspiring baker. i am currently attending college to study film, but next year i am switching to a different university to study culinary arts - specifically baking and pastry arts.

i plan on opening a cake shop/bakery/cupcakery when i graduate and know what the heck i'm doing, and it will be called... *drummroll* BEAT IT BAKERY. geddit 8D?

the name is because i am completely and unhealthily obsessed with michael jackson. i have 4 mj tattoos and counting, a shrine, 2 cardboard cutouts... anyways. hence the name 'beat it' bakery. it is like a double pun.

anyways, here i will be posting pictures of awesome and delicious cakes, pastries, cupcakes, etc. - some of which are mine. UNLESS I SPECIFICALLY SAY SO, NONE OF THE CAKES/PICTURES ARE MINE.
